We understand that being short staffed can be an issue during this time and in the FQHC setting. MCC also offers a short-term Full RCM services option to our clients who need to optimize their revenue while rebuilding your internal billing department. Billing responsibilities and tasks are gradually transitioned back to the client’s internal billing team with training provided to ensure continued success with collections and no decrease in your revenue stream.
